Our Managing Partners

John Murphy FIIIE

John has over 25 years of experience, is a former Director of Manufacturing (Board Member) of a multi-national. A qualified Industrial Engineer, he is a member of the Irish Institute of Industrial Engineers, a Senior Member (Fellow) of the USA Institute, and a member of the Deming Institute. During his years as Director of Donnelly, John was responsible for International Production which involved the penetration of the Japanese market. Previous to this he was a General Manager (Production) with the Smurfit Group. He has addressed conferences and had articles published on Managing Change, Quality, Dr. Deming and Team Working. John and his associates have spent their careers improving productivity.

Kevin Noctor FIIIE

Kevin is an Industrial Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute. He has wide experience as a Project Manager and during his career was Head of Quality for a General Motors plant in Ireland. Kevin has been involved in many unionized change situations where his objectivity is recognized by all sides and he has solved many disputes referred by the Labour Court.
